The brief

Make it concrete#

Give seminar attendees something specific to question, compare, or take back to their own work.

We welcome

Applied and academic work

Research findings, industry case studies, experiments, methods, tools, failures, and work in progress are all welcome. The subject can touch any part of the SDLC—from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, operations, and governance.

We look for

A useful point of view

Selection is based on relevance to the seminar, specificity, learning value, and a balanced mix of perspectives. Product and commercial experience can be valuable; a sales pitch is not a poster proposal.

Acceptance

Reviewed as they arrive

We make acceptance decisions on a rolling basis. Submit by 27 September 2026, but apply early: the call may close before the deadline if every available poster space has been allocated.

Each accepted poster includes one SDLCAI event ticket for its designated presenter.
